Comps are free access or products issued directly to a person through our dashboard.
Comps are charged a lower fee than purchased tickets.
It only takes a few seconds to create a comp and issue it to whomever you want.
Comps are great for large groups (upload via CSV) or individuals but you should make sure that the comp will not be resold.
Comps and Will Call serve a similar purpose with different execution.
Will call is similar to comps but instead of issuing free access or a free product, the receiver is issued a slip that they must present at your will call booth.

A will call booth is generally a designated section setup at your event for those with access needs.
Armed with a will call slip, the receiver would present their slip and ID to your staff, verifying they are the legitimate holder of the slip; entitled to the comp.

However you decide to issue your comps, direct or with will call, the process is simple under Event Options with INCREDEVENT.
